Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon). Do not hesitate to call the reception if you wish to check out at a later time. An extra charge may apply (Tel. 190).
Internet access
You can connect to the W-LAN network "Mondial" free of charge via the provider M3-Connect.
Extra bed
If you need an extra bed or bed linen, please contact our reception team (Tel. 190).
Laundry
You will find a price list and laundry bags in the wardrobe of your room. Please contact our reception for more information or a pick-up service (Tel. 190).

Bathrobes and slippers are also available free of charge in the sauna area.
Ironing service
We offer our ironing service daily from:8:30 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.
Ironing board & Iron
Upon request, we will be happy to bring an ironing board and iron to your room. Please contact ourreception team (Tel. 190).
Hygiene products
We offer a large selection of hygiene products (Shaving kit or toothbrush) at the reception or you can buy more products in our shop in the lobby (Tel. 190).
Wake up call

Room cleaning
Rooms are cleaned between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you want your room cleaned at a specific time, please contact the reception (Tel. 190).
Baby cot / crib

Room key
Your key card is encoded until 12:00 p.m. (noon) of your departure day. Please note that you will require a new card when extending your stay with us (Tel. 190).
Taxi
Our reception team will be happy to take your advance orders (Tel. 190).
Transfer
You need a transfer to the airport ? Our reception team will be happy to take your advance orders (Tel. 190).
Charging cable / charger
If you forgot your charging cable or adapter, contact reception (Tel. 190).
Mineral water
The mineral water bottle on the table or in the minibar is renewed daily for free.
Luggage storage
You can leave your luggage at the reception and explore the city without carrying cumbersome bags.
Non smoking rooms
In case of non-compliance with the smoking ban, we reserve the right to charge cleaning costs amounting to €250.
Do not disturb
We respect your wish for privacy if you do hang a "Do Not Disturb" sign in front of the door.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the hotel, at an additional charge of 20 Euro per day.
Voucher
Use our vouchers to decide the amount of your gift yourself or choose from our gift ideas such as an overnight stay or a menu in our Restaurant Mondial 1516.(Tel. 190).
